Krissy, Founder and Senior Managing Paralegal of ParaPro Solutions, LLC, brings over 14 years of comprehensive experience across law firm and corporate in-house environments. She holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the State College of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies from Purdue University Global. Her credentials include North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal (NCCP), North Carolina Notary Public, Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert (CHPSE), and Cyber Security Awareness Professional (CCAP).

Krissy's commitment to education and community service sets her apart. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Cape Fear Community College, sat on the Board of Directors for a non-profit foundation, and held the position of Vice President of a non-profit youth football organization. With a passion for mentoring, she dedicates time to guiding junior paralegals, contributing significantly to the development of the paralegal profession.
